Brandy Baity
Brandy was born and raised in Floyd, VA and has lived in the Triad since meeting Austin in 2015. Prior to moving to Bermuda Run, Brandy was a real estate broker, primarily working as a buyer’s agent for the largest real estate team in Roanoke, VA.
She received a B.S. in Housing & Resource Management from Virginia Tech. Since moving to the Triad, Brandy has continued her career in real estate on the operations side. Beginning as the Agent Services Coordinator for Coldwell Banker, she transitioned into a larger role as the Director of Operations for Wilkinson ERA Real Estate - based out of Charlotte, NC. Having worked both sides of a real estate brokerage, Brandy brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to our team.
