Steve baity
Steve was born and raised in Winston Salem, NC. He has since lived in Bermuda Run and now resides in Clemmons. After managing the purchasing department for a Fortune 500 company for over 25 years, he found himself starting a real estate career in 2006. Steve gained many attributes from his previous career but the most important are his negotiation and communication skills.
Treating clients the way he would like to be treated and always following through with his word has earned him top honors in the local real estate market. The majority of Steve’s business is referral based and his clients and colleagues will all attest to how hard he works.
A graduate of Appalachian State University, he is still a fan of their football program. Steve also enjoys Wake Forest athletics and Carolina Panthers Football.
